3D Browsing Application By Google
Google introduced O3D is an open-source web API for creating rich, interactive 3D applications in the browser. This API is shared at an early stage as part of a conversation with the broader developer community about establishing an open web standard for 3D graphics.
O3D allows you to create rich 3D web applications using JavaScript. This talk will primarily cover best practices for getting 2D and 3D content into O3D. We will also explore the API's advanced features, primarily through demos and coding examples to keep the session fun.

Google is not only a company which is looking 3D browsing experience , Mozilla also announced their effort towards 3D web browsing
To Download 03D API follow the following steps
1.Lon on www.code.google.com
2.Click on "APIs and Tools " under Developer Resources list which you will get at left hand side of web page.
3.click on "Browser" under Product list which you will get at left hand side of web page.
4.click on "03D API (Labs)" under Product (Browser ) List
5. You will get detail about 03D APIs ( Labs) at right hand side click on "Home"
6.Choose your operating system and download accordingly.
